Catch it without shaming it

Just narrate it: "There it is. I'm checking again." No guilt, no spiral — you're a kind observer, not a judge.

Redirect — don't suppress

Don't white-knuckle the urge. Swap it for one pre-chosen thing: a breath, a body scan, or your affirmation. Stock the counter before you need it.

Ask the better question

When "is it working?" shows up, swap it for "who am I becoming right now?" Stop performing the wanting. Start practicing the having.

Write one line at night

Before bed, one sentence in the voice of the woman who already has it. Not "I hope." Present tense: "This is my life."
